Josie M. McCarthy

I began my real estate career in 2002 while studying business management and marketing at the University of Montana. I quicky realized my passion for real estate and helping clients. This fostered my desire to provide excellent customer service through working tenaciously to get the deal done in a way that meets or exceeds my client’s unique needs. In 2005 I relocated to Scottsdale Arizona where I continued pursuing my mission to provide clients the best customer experience possible. In this transition, I met my busines partner Brinda Thielman and after working together for over a decade our partnership flourished and in 2015, we decided to create our own Brokerage, McCarthy Thielman Realty. Early in my career I developed and eye for design through renovating properties. This experience has allowed me to grow a vast network of contractors, stagers and other professionals. I use this network to assist my clients in preparing their home for market or renovating projects of their own to maximize the potential value. I am honored to be celebrating my 19th year in the Real Estate Industry and throughout the years my mission has remained the same, from the first meeting to closing and beyond, I provide honest, affable communication and am always available to address your questions and concerns.
